Job Title: Insurance Agent (NOC: 63100)

Type of employment: Permanent Full-time (remote work is available)

Wages:

• 29.81 to 32.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 40 hours per Week
• Bonus as per company policy and work perforamnce

Job Responsibilities:

• Assess potential institutional, business or individual client markets
• Establish client insurance coverage
• Monitor insurance claims and respond to clients' enquiries
• Provide information concerning group and individual insurance packages, the range of risk coverage, benefits paid and other policy features
• Sell automobile, fire, health, life, property, marine, aircraft and other types of insurance
• Identify and solicit potential clients
• Co-ordinate work activities with other departments

Candidate qualifications: 

• 2 years of work experience as an insurance agent or broker
• High school graduation certificate
• Client focus, team player and strong work ethics required
• Efficient interpersonal skills is must
• Excellent oral and written communication required
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
• Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario (RIBO) licence is required
• Own Computer, Internet access and Cellular phone required for remote work
