Type of employment: Permanent Full-time

Wages: 22.00 hourly / 40 to 45 hours per Week

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
• Prepare dishes for customers
• Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
• Clean kitchen and work areas
• Manage kitchen operations
• Take inventory of fridge, freezer and dry storage area
• Any other duties as assigned 

Candidate qualifications: 

• 2 years of work experience as a line cook
• High school graduation certificate
• Positive attitude, team player and strong work ethic is essential
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
• Knowledge of sanitation and Health & safety educated
• Ontario Food Handlers certificate is required
• WHMIS Certified
