Position: Retail Store Supervisor

Wage: CAD$ 22.60/hr

Types: Full-time, Permanent

Working hours: 30hrs-40hrs/wk

Job Duties:

- Supervise and co-ordinate the activity of sales and cashiers

- Assign the duties and prepare work schedules

- Authorize payments and the return of merchandise

- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages

- Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise

- Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters

- Train new staff and monitor and report on performance

- Ensure the visual standards and image of the store are maintained, such as store displays,signage, and cleanliness

Job requirements:

- Completion of secondary school

- Minimum 1 year of work experience in retail/ customer service field

Language at Work: English
