Responsibilities
Tasks
• Schedule and assign delivery routes to drivers.
• Monitor driver performance and provide feedback.
• Train new drivers on safety and delivery procedures.
• Address customer complaints and delivery issues.
• Optimize delivery routes for efficiency.
• Ensure vehicle maintenance and safety compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and schedules.
• Prepare performance reports and metrics.
• Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions.
• Collaborate with other departments for seamless operations
