Job Duties: 

1. Design interior environments that align with the client's vision, needs, and aesthetic preferences.
2. Interpret architectural blueprints, electrical layouts, and mechanical schematics to inform design decisions.
3. Provide expert advice on color schemes, material selection, and finishes to create cohesive and visually appealing spaces.
4. Engage with clients to understand their goals, preferences, and requirements for the space.
5. Create detailed 3-D models and visual representations of interior designs to help clients envision the final outcome.
6. Use advanced design software to produce realistic renderings and walkthroughs that illustrate the arrangement of walls, dividers, displays, lighting, and other fixtures.
7. Produce precise and detailed drawings, including plans, elevations, and cross-sections that guide the construction and installation process.
8. Collaborate with construction teams to ensure that designs are implemented correctly and to address any issues that arise during the build phase.
9. Develop accurate project cost estimates by analyzing design specifications and material requirements.
10. Create comprehensive specifications for materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and other design elements.

Qualifications:
1. College diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. .
2. Proven 1 year experience as an Interior Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects
3. High level of attention to detail, ensuring precision in design plans and specifications.
4. Strong creative and conceptual skills with the ability to develop innovative design solutions.
5. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with 3D rendering software is a plus.
6. Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and vendors.
