Furniture Store Manager

London Liquidation Centre Inc. is looking for the one position of Furniture Store Manager for their location at 1490 Dundas Street, London, ON N5W 3B9

Job Title: Furniture Store Manager

Nature of Employment: Permanent Full Time Position

Salary: $ 40.75 CAD per hour for 35 hours/week. Overtime pay at 1.5 times regular rate of pay after 44 hours. May be required to work some weekends

Job duties:

• Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
• Meet Sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
• Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc
• Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
• Conduct personal performance appraisals to access training needs and build career paths
• Deal with all the issues that raise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)

Language: English

 Education: College/ CEGEP

Experience:  2 year to less than 3 years
